We meet weekly. We work your real numbers.
You leave each call with one fix to run that week. Not a 30 page playbook. Not a course you are going to watch later. One thing you are going to do before Friday.
We work your pipeline, your script, your follow up, your close rate, and where leads are dropping out. The same conversation every week, with one number that should move every month.
If we are a fit to keep going past 90 days, we figure that out together. Three month minimum. Month to month after that. Cancel anytime.

- How does the coaching actually work?
- We meet on Google Meet for an hour every week. You bring your real numbers: leads in, calls made, consults run, closes booked. We pull up your script. We pull up your follow up. We work the part that is leaking. You leave each call with one thing to run that week.
- What's the weekly time commitment?
- The call is sixty minutes. Implementation is whatever you make it. Most owners spend two to four hours a week applying what we cover, mostly during their existing sales floor hours. This is not extra work piled on top. It is the work you are already doing, done sharper.
- When will I actually see results?
- The next consult after our first call usually plays out different. By week three or four, you are tracking your close rate weekly and you can see it move. Owners who finish the three months are usually closing five to fifteen points higher than where they started.
- Why is there a three month minimum?
- Sales is a habit. One call is a conversation. Four calls is awareness. Twelve calls is a habit. If we did this month to month, you would buy a month, see a small lift, and quit before the real change locked in. The minimum protects you from yourself.
- I'm a trainer, not a gym owner. Is this for me?
- If you are running your own pipeline and doing $5K to $10K a month, yes. The script for closing a personal training package is the same shape as the script for closing a gym membership. Smaller wallet on the prospect side, same sales mechanics.
- What's the difference between this and just buying the book?
- The book is the system. The coaching is where I help you make it yours. Read the book first if you have not. If you have read it and you are still missing the close, the gap is reps and feedback. That is what we do on the call.
- What happens after I apply?
- I read every application myself. If we are a fit, you get an email from me within 48 hours with a link to book a discovery call. On that call we make sure we are right for each other. If yes, we start the next week. If no, I tell you why and point you somewhere better.
- What if I don't get accepted?
- You hear from me either way. If we are not a fit, I tell you what I would do instead and where I would point you. The five spots are real. I would rather tell you no early than waste both our time.
